A signature experience with room to evolve

Created from José Miguel’s work bringing opera into intimate wine-and-dine settings in Lodi, California, Arias of the Vine has grown into a flexible experience for restaurants, supper clubs, wineries, private hosts, and cultural organizations.

In 2026, the series entered a continuing Southlake residency with Coal Vines Pizzeria & Wine Bar and Wine Tasters Supper Club, pairing multi-course dining and curated wines with live Italian opera. Future programs can explore different regions, composers, stories, and culinary themes without losing the intimacy at the heart of the experience.
